How online counselling works
Every one of our therapists offers secure online sessions. You meet your therapist on an encrypted platform, from home or anywhere private, with no commute and no waiting room. All you need is a computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection. If you’d rather talk by phone, phone counselling is an option too.
Therapists who speak your language
Some of our therapists also speak Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil or Malayalam. Each link opens the therapist directory filtered by that language, or our Intake Specialists can match you.
Common questions
Is there a Bayridge office in Brampton?
No. We see clients from Brampton online. If you’d rather meet in person, our nearest office is in Burlington, about 45 minutes’ drive, with free parking.
Is it covered by my benefits?
Most extended health plans cover counselling with our registered therapists. You pay for each session and we send you a receipt the same day, with your therapist’s registration on it, to submit to your plan. Our Intake Specialists can help you check your coverage before you book.
Can my child or teen have counselling online?
Yes. Online works well for many teens, and for families who find it hard to get to an office. Whether it suits your child is decided case by case with their therapist, who may recommend in-person instead.
