Workshops, courses & groups
Two kinds of support, led by our registered therapists: paid courses and programs, and free community groups. In person or online, open to everyone.
Every run is listed above with its facilitator, format and price. Choose the one that fits and send it through.
Someone from the team replies within one business day with the joining details, or tells you plainly if that run is full.
Pay once, get the receipt the same day for your benefits claim, and arrive to a small group and a named therapist.
Each one runs as live sessions with a named Bayridge therapist, not pre-recorded video. Often covered in part by extended benefits.

No. Every course, workshop and free group on this page is open to the public, and no referral is needed.
Paid courses are often covered in part by extended health benefits, because they are delivered by a registered therapist. You get a receipt the same day you pay, with the facilitator's registration on it, so you can submit it to your provider. Coverage varies by plan - check yours before you enrol.
Live, always. Every session runs with a named Bayridge therapist in the room or on the call. Nothing on this page is pre-recorded video.
Tell us anyway. Free groups are capped and fill first-come, so we keep a list and contact you when the next one opens. Every paid course also runs privately one-to-one with the same facilitator.
