What I Do?

I support clients through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life-stage challenges, including couple and family conflict, divorce/separation and eating-disorder challenges. With specialized training supporting various life stages and circumstances, I understand how these may impact mental health and how we connect in relationships. My goal is to help clients move from overwhelm or uncertainty toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

With a Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia, I ground my practice in evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, somatic approaches, and the Gottman Method. I integrate these tools in a trauma-informed, culturally safe framework that recognizes the impact of past experiences on present patterns while honouring each person’s strengths, identity, and lived context.

I work collaboratively with clients to build emotional insight, strengthen communication, and develop coping strategies that support long-term well-being. Whether working with individuals, couples or families, I strive to create a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and empowering-where clients feel understood, supported, and capable of growth.

I offer therapy in English, Hindi, and Urdu, and I am committed to helping clients feel seen and supported as they navigate their healing, relationships, and personal development.

Frequently Asked Questions With Reeti

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What originally got me interested in becoming a therapist was that I realized that there is not enough mental health support in the community. I wanted to address this barrier to ensure that clients receive quality therapy that is accessible to them with a therapist they “click” with.

My favorite thing about being a therapist is the opportunity to make a positive difference in my clients’ lives through equipping them with meaningful skills and strategies.

Making the decision to attend counselling is a big step and you should be proud of yourself for this. Determine what you are looking for support with and choose a therapist who you feel best aligns with your goals.

What energizes me about my career is meeting new clients every day from all walks of life and supporting them through their unique challenges. It is a humbling experience being able to learn from my clients and being that trusted person for them.

Every couple should know that it is important to take time to understand each other’s needs and values to build and strengthen a long-term relationship.

The most meaningful comments that I have heard from clients are, “You are helping me more than you know” as well as “Before therapy, I was lost, but I have found clarity now”.
