Frequently Asked Questions With Sanam

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

My strong passion for understanding the human mind and helping people overcome challenges and improve their mental well-being.

Helping individuals become aware of their thought and behavioural patterns and be more in control of their emotions.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a big decision, and it’s common to feel nervous or unsure about it. However, counselling can be a safe and supportive place where you can work through your challenges and improve your well-being. It’s normal to feel uncertain or vulnerable, but counselling provides a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and work through your concerns. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported, and to work together to help you achieve your goals.

I am grateful to be part of so many peoples’ healing journey.

I’m energized by the uniqueness of each individual.

Talking about our thoughts, feelings, and experiences can help us process and understand our emotions and can also help us make sense of difficult or confusing experiences.
