Choose A Therapist

What I Do?

Hilary is a registered social worker with over 13 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges. She offers a compassionate, relational, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Hilary’s work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and understanding the nervous system’s role in adaptive styles.

I Believe

“I believe healing happens through safe connection, curiosity, and understanding the nervous system. When we feel supported and understood, we can gently reconnect with ourselves and move toward greater ease, resilience, and aliveness.”

Frequently Asked Questions With Hilary

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Feeling hesitant about therapy is completely understandable. Starting therapy doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you-it’s simply an opportunity to explore what you’re experiencing in a supportive, non-judgmental and curious space. We move at your pace, and you come to sessions with your gifts and abilities as well as experiences. Life can be complicated at times and relationships can be complex. We can explore what has gotten in the way with what connects you to your heart’s desire.

I have always been deeply curious about human relationships and the ways people adapt, cope, and grow through life’s challenges. Over time, I saw how meaningful connection, compassion and curiosity can be powerful catalysts for healing—especially during times of transition, stress, or uncertainty.

My favourite part of being a therapist is walking alongside people as they reconnect with themselves. It’s incredibly meaningful to witness moments of insight, self-compassion, and strength as clients begin to feel more grounded, capable, and aligned with who they are meant to be.
