A few questions, answered
I’ve always been deeply interested in understanding the human experience—how people cope, heal, and grow through adversity. Over time, this curiosity became a calling to support others in finding clarity, resilience, and meaning, especially during difficult life transitions.
My favorite part is witnessing people reconnect with their inner strength. Seeing someone gain insight, self-compassion, and confidence—often realizing they are far more resilient than they believed—is incredibly meaningful and rewarding.
Feeling hesitant is completely normal. Counselling isn’t about having all the answers or being “ready”—it’s simply a space to be heard, understood, and supported. We move at your pace, and you remain in control of your journey.
Therapy offers a confidential, neutral, and professionally guided space where your experiences are explored with care, depth, and evidence-based understanding. Unlike friendship or coaching, therapy focuses on emotional safety, patterns, and healing—not advice or fixing.
One of the greatest misunderstandings is that trauma is only about what happened. Trauma is actually about how the nervous system responded and whether it felt safe, supported, and able to recover afterward.
Many clients share that they finally feel understood, calmer in their bodies, and more compassionate toward themselves. Hearing someone say they feel safer, stronger, or more like themselves again is deeply meaningful.
