EMOTIONAL – WHEN GOING THROUGH A TURBULENT TIME

When going through a turbulent time, it is best to use your suffering as a guide or mentor, rather than as a perpetrator or an angry parent.
Therefore when you are lonely, hurting or angry see them as growing pains of your soul struggling to escape fear in order to find peace and fulfillment. When we can find meaning in our suffering we find freedom to overcome. What was once an insurmountable object becomes a mountain opportunity to grow.
It is in choosing to see things differently that we become emotionally flexible and nimble. It is one of the most important skills needed for emotional maturity. It is also one the essential characteristics for strong lasting relationships.
