What I Do?

I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. Throughout my career I have supported people within the community mental health and addictions (MHA) sector, and throughout the healthcare system.

I believe the most important tool in therapy is building a positive therapeutic relationship, and compassionately listening to your story. I maintain a strengths-based approach throughout my practice while using various evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I strive to provide an empathetic, non-judgemental space where we can work together to explore coping strategies and goals and navigate life’s challenges. I look forward to getting to know you and seeing how we can work together to make meaningful change.
